❄️ January POA Update — Dues, Records & What’s Ahead
Hello Shady Oaks neighbors 👋
We hope you’re having a great start to the new year! January is a quiet month around the neighborhood, but it’s an important one for keeping our POA organized and set up for a smooth year ahead. Here are a few updates and reminders from your POA Board.
💳 2025 POA Dues Are Now Due
Annual dues of $250 were due on January 1st.
These dues help cover everything that keeps our neighborhood running, including utilities, insurance, pool operations, grounds, and administrative costs.
If you have not yet paid, we kindly ask that you do so as soon as possible. Members must be current on dues to vote in POA meetings and on community matters.
🗂️ Updating Member Records
We are currently cleaning up POA records so that each lot has the correct owner listed, contact information is up to date, and voting eligibility is accurate.
If you own property in Shady Oaks and are not sure your info is current, please take a moment to check or update it through the POA website.
📅 Save the Date — April 9, 2026
A The Annual Membership Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2026.
This meeting will include important topics such as governance and bylaws, board structure and voting, and financial and operational updates. More details, including the agenda and proxy voting instructions, will be sent well in advance. We encourage everyone to plan to participate — your voice matters! 🗳️
